Review of The Adventures of Tintin (2011)

The Steven Spielberg directed 'The Adventures of Tintin' is a roaring adventure film that rollicks along at a cracking pace and is sure to captivate both children and adults across the world. Originally a comic book series from Belgian writer Hergé, this film version has been written by Egar Wright, Joe Cornish and Stephen Moffat, and they perfectly capture the essence of Tintin.

Review of The Adventures of Tintin (2011)

This investigative journalist is impossibly young and irrepressible who is, in turn, innocent, adventurous and intelligent, his age only belied by his ginger head fin. Spielberg worked closely with Peter Jackson, who will be directing the sequel, and the pair used the latest motion capture technology in order to create an animation that jumps off the screen in its 3D format that gives comic characters life an closes the gap between reality and imagination.
